Heartfall on Steam
Updated 2026-10-15 · Last checked 2026-10-15
Heartfall is playable on itch.io, but was not yet available on Steam as of 15 October 2026. App 5257930 lists a planned release month of October 2026, without an exact day.
I loaded store.steampowered.com/app/5257930 on 15 October 2026. The banner still said the game was not yet available on Steam. I am not guessing a day inside October.
What Steam showed
Developer and publisher are both listed as Kazehita. Features named on the page include Steam Achievements, captions, Family Sharing, and a third-party EULA. The achievements block returned no stats. The page also warns the Steam release may land hours to a week after the standalone release.
The carrd FAQ says the team is not affiliated with Grian or the 3rd Life SMP cast, and that they got a go-ahead from Grian before distributing on Steam. That sentence is about permission to distribute, not about co-development.
